The waitress left us for a few minutes before returning to take our orders which we were prepared to reel off, with plans to simply make our way through each burger on offer which were served in a smaller size in order to leave room to keep eating. On arrival, we were seated at a corner table with cosy bench seats and given menus dedicated to the big event.

READ MORE: Chronic Fried Chicken to give away 100 free burgers this week I booked the last slot at 5pm and prepared to dine until I literally couldn't eat any more. There are two-hour slots throughout the day, where you're allowed to order food for an hour and 30 minute period and drinks for an hour and 45 minutes. The reason the Burger Club happens so rarely is that the entire restaurant is closed to normal diners and dedicated solely to those who have booked bottomless. So I patiently counted down the days and made my way to the St Stephen Street gem. Although £40 is amongst the pricier bottomless brunch options, being able to dine on any of the five burger options, unlimited skin-on fries, halloumi fries and chicken wings as well as prosecco, beer, cider and soft drinks on tap made it appear worth the cost. Having tried Burger Theory's beef creations before, I was happy to hand over my £40 with that guarantee that I could scoff down as many burgers, sides and drinks as I could within the two-hour time frame.
With months between my booking and the big day, there was plenty of time for me to sit with my excitement and anticipation.
Last year November Burger Theory announced that its iconic bottomless brunch would be making a return in February of 2022, and I immediately rushed to the website to get my hands on one of the few sought-after spots.
